Bri Gibson Promoted to Marketing Specialist to Support Aker Ink’s Digital Marketing Practice | Aker Ink PR & Marketing

With digital marketing spending growing to $146 billion by 2023, Aker Ink PR & Marketing has promoted Bri Gibson to Marketing Specialist to help clients and the agency navigate and seize opportunities.

In her new role, Bri uses her expertise in data-driven decision making and automation to develop inbound marketing strategies, including email marketing, website maintenance and other initiatives designed to attract customers online.

“We quickly noticed Bri has a talent and passion for digital marketing, and we nurtured both to meet a growing client need,” said Aker Ink CEO Andrea Aker. “In Bri’s 18 months with the company, she has mastered a variety of email and CRM technologies, as well as analytics platforms. Her promotion is the next step in a promising career.”

After graduating from Eastern Washington University with a bachelor’s degree in journalism with a focus on public relations, Bri joined Aker Ink as Account Coordinator. She proved herself indispensable in helping account teams solve clients’ marketing challenges, often expanding her knowledge base to address their pain points.

“Resolving complex matters invigorates me and being able to interpret analytics and show how marketing helps move the needle is exciting,” Bri said. “I love being part of a team so focused on generating results and look forward to helping clients attain even greater success in my new role.”

Bri, who has HubSpot certifications in Inbound Marketing, Email Marketing, Social Media Marketing and HubSpot Sales Software as well as Advanced Google Analytics, also applied her integrated PR and marketing skills as a member of the Phoenix chapter of the Public Relations Society of America’s Digital Communications committee.
